Can't say enough good things about this stay! Convenient location adjacent to downtown and directly across from Washington Park. Textbook walkability with restaurants, shops, attractions within blocks. Underground parking access with prepaid pass a bonus, although never needed car while in the city. Free trolley one block from the house enabled navigation throughout the downtown area and up to the Brewery District. Ultra-clean accommodations--spacious and well-appointed--definitely catalog-ready.

This beautiful home far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the area was super walkable, the rooftop deck was fabulous, and the food recommendations that we tried were phenomenal! The parking pass was a great addition and the instructions for parking were really easy to follow. The beds, linens, and pillows were really comfortable and the kitchen was super well thought out with great features. The little extra touches really set this place apart from the rest.

We had a great stay in Ashley's Lux Penthouse on Washington Park! The condo was clean and nicely decorated in a unique style. Ashley went above and beyond to provide all the essentials we needed like coffee, soap, and paper products. The location was exceptional and we loved being able to walk to everything in Over-The-Rhine. This was an awesome property for our adult trip and we had a blast!

Absolutely as pictured in photos. Beautiful condo with amazing view of Washington Park and Music Hall. Condo is central to all Downtown activities including restaurants, parks, shopping and anything you may need. Excellent location and beautiful condo - with everything you could need. We are planning our return trip already. Hosts were extremely responsive and kind.
